What is the GLL Society?
The GLL Society is a community made up of society members who have a non-dividend-paying share in the organisation. Members have a vote and a voice to help influence important decisions that affect the organisation allowing our workforce to feel empowered and motivated
How can you be part of it?
Being part of the GLL Society allows you to contribute to business developments and discussions and a platform to discuss employee conditions, benefits and wellbeing by actively engaging in forums and events. Your vote is your voice!

Full Share
- On an eligible permanent contract
- Must have passed 6-month probation period
- This full share costs £25 and is renewable annually in July for £1.
Associate Share
- On a flexible worker or not on an eligible permanent contract.
- Must have passed 6-month probation period.
- This associate share costs £10 and is renewable annually in July for £1.

- Society shares are non-refundable
